Good teachers are ones that treat you with respect and are kind to you. Obviously they have to be good teachers and you’re supposed to learn things from them.
To be a good learner, you have to take in the information given to you by the teacher and understand it. You have to listen and do your work to learn things .. something I’m not that good at (listening). Good students are ones that don’t disrupt the class I guess. Expectations I have of this are probably just to learn whatever is given to me to learn ..
I think a good learning environment varies for each person. It’s the atmosphere/environment a person works well in or does their best in.
The difference between a producer of information and a consumer of information is that the consumer takes in the information and the producer provides the information for the consumer.
I have recently learnt a game in sport called Caugh-ball (pronounced Corf-ball) I think that’s how you spell it. It’s sort of a mix between netball and basketball. I don’t like netball or basketball much but I actually like this game. That’s the topic we are on now in sport for the next few weeks I think!

Last weekend was the most boring weekend I have had in ages..
This weekend is going to be even worse, I’m going to my holiday house – away from CIVILIZATION where I can’t talk to any of my friends and where it will be freezing cold. Does anyone have any suggestions of fun things to do on the weekends???
I heard Fergie’s (from the black eyed peas) new song London Bridge, I thought it sounded a bit like one of Missy Elliot’s songs at first. I was also reading through one of my old Girlfriend magazines and there was a story in there about a girl who met a 30-year-old man and went to him to tell all her problems to about family, friends and school. She thought he understood because he was older. He complimented her and made her feel good then she decided to meet him and he raped her. She said no and he said he’d pay her, but he ended up doing it anyway. Why would you want to meet up with a 30-year-old man anyway ?? Wouldn’t it be suspicious enough that he was hitting on a young girl in her teens? Obviously some girls aren’t that smart…
We watched “Girl With A Pearl Earring” in art the other day to look at the way Vermeer painted and the story behind his paintings. I thought it was a good movie, it was different to all of the others I’ve seen. Scarlett Johanson played a servant for the famous painter Vermeer and his wife. Vermeer deicided to use the servant (Griet) in one of his paintings and they both looked like they were falling for each other. Vermeer’s wife found out and was jealous so she sacked Griet. The movie ended with Vermeer giving Griet his wife’s pearl earrings that she wore in the painting. They were worth enough money to live on for most of your life back then, so did he give them to her to let her know he liked her, or was it because she was sacked and needed the money to provide for her family and her?
The other day my Mum found a note I had written to my best friend in prep telling her she was my best friend. That same girl is my best friend now and it’s so weird looking at how many years have gone past and we end up being best friends again. She was my first best friend and she will stay my best friend. =]

Hey .. two weeks ago I went to my best friend’s party and it wasn’t the best but I had a good time anyway =]
On the weekend my boyfriend came over and we watched the all time FUNNIEST movie .. Napolean Dynamite. Who hasn’t seen that movie at least five times?? My sister had her birthday party and her friends tipped over all the m&m’s behind the couch and put them back in the bowl and offered them to me .. they kept ringing our home phone from their mobiles and hanging up before we got a chance to pick up the phone .. they screamed and ran back and forward down the hallway and lets just say I didn’t get much sleep that night…
